Exchange and Refund

At Shoe Zed, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 14 days after delivery date.

The item must be unused. Please note, a 50 EGP shipping fee applies.

Processing time

Exchanges: within 5 working days. -if the product is not available in stock, it will need to be manufactured. This process takes up to 10 working days.

Refunds: Processed within 10 working days.

2- Provide us with the order number and photo of the received product.
Our oce hours are 10AM - 10PM on weekdays. All inquiries will be attended to within one working day.

Shipping & Delivery

Processing time: 5 working days. (excluding Fridays & Saturdays)

If the item is out of stock, it will be pre ordered which takes up to 10 working days.

EXCHANGE processing time: up to 10 working days (if item is out of stock)

Important: During major sales or holiday periods, delivery times may be longer than usual due to high volume.
